Uganda’s Public Debt Hits 80 Trillion Shillings
The Deputy Governor Bank of Uganda, Michael Atingi-Ego has warned parliament against approving loans that are not intended to spur economic growth on announcing that Uganda’s public debt has hit UGX 80 trillion, which is 50% of the National Gross Domestic Product.
