President Museveni woos Serere to Vote NRM in by-election

President Museveni was in Serere district today to campaign for the NRM flag bearer, Philip Oucor ahead of the Thursday polls. Oucor is in the race against ANT’s Alice Alaso, FDC’s Eratu Emmanuel and Martin Ongruco, the independent candidate in the by-election.
