The Electoral commission has decided to remain silent on the controversial Article 102 (b) that seeks to remove the cap on the presidential age limit. Appearing before the legal and Parliamentary Affairs committee chaired by Jacob oboth Oboth, the Commission was instead concerned that government has failed to speed up the process of passing the necessary electoral reforms as recommended by the supreme court in a case between the president elect , the electoral commission and Amama Mbabazi.
