Govt Threatens to Turn Away South Sudan Refugees

South Sudanese refugees are increasingly become a burden to the country according to the state minister for disaster preparedness Musa Ecweru .
In an exclusive interview the minister told NBS that government has no budget, saying if the influx persists, the refugees would be taken to a third party.
