Museveni Donates 100 Million Shillings to Youth

President Museveni has cautioned officials against siphoning money and thwarting development, saying government will be taking a tough stand against abuse of resources. He was speaking during a tour of a few projects in Kampala which included saving societies and infrastructure development.
