Government Introduces Biometric System to help in Controlling Refugee Allowances

Government and agencies working in refugee areas have launched a biometric system through which refugees will be paid their allowances. The system to be run by Post Bank Limited is in response to the corruption allegations levied against officials from the Office of the Prime Minister and other agencies who are accused of creating ghost refugees among other complaints.
