Human Rights Commission wants Constitution Translated

The Uganda Human Rights Commission wants the constitution translated into different languages to help citizens understand their rights and hence protect the constitution with due respect and knowledge. This was during the commemoration of the institution of the 1995 constitution that seeks to protect the rights of citizens and avail necessary checks on those in power. While officiating at the commemoration, the Principal Judge Yorokamu Bamwine scoffed at the lack of constitutionalism which has seen those in authority think they can operate without it saying this might be the start of anarchy.
