Kyagulanyi arrested

Kyagulanyi last evening urged change loving Ugandans to peacefully demonstrate because it works in regime change and lawful.

President Museveni while speaking to the nation at the same time as Kyagulanyi said the opposition plan to disrupt his swearing-in but they won’t manage to do it. He said the opposition plan all sorts of things including killing their own people and accuse the regime.
