FDC Dismisses Owek Joyce Ssebugwawo over Ministerial Position

Owek. Joyce Naboosa Ssebugwawo was appointed as Minister of State for ICT and National Guidance in President Museveni’s new cabinet. According to FDC party president, Patrick Amuriat, she has offended Article 12 of the FDC Constitution and therefore ceases to be a member of FDC.
