President Museveni has said the attack on the Minister for Works designate Gen Edward Katumba Wamala was not an ordinary attack but rather a designated political move by some parasites. Giving a keynote address after the budget speech, the President said the schemers of insecurity are wasting their time but also acting as a wake-up call for the government to act. The president also defended the list of his cabinet Ministers that has attracted a public backlash arguing that it’s a cabinet well calculated and composed of both the literates and the more literates.
