COVID-19; Upcountry health facilities struggling
The only government health facility at Dolwe Islands, Kandeege health Centre III in Namayingo district has no beds and mattresses for admitted patients. This health facility which was upgraded in 2018 has turned into a death trap because it is ill-equipped.
