Arcades Not Yet Working in Kampala Despite President Museveni Directive

The Kampala Arcade Traders Association (KATA) has pleaded to the government to carry out arcade inspections simultaneously while business is ongoing.

On Friday last week, President Museveni lifted the ban on arcades. However, the Minister of State for Kampala Kabuye Kyofatogabye halted the pending reopening inspection that he says will most likely take about five days.
