According to the senior presidential press secretary, Linda Nabusayi, H.E President Kaguta Museveni will on Friday 19th November 2021, address the country on the #COVID19 situation and related matters at 8 pm.
The news of Uganda hitting the 4.8m Vaccination mark, was early announced by the Ministry Of Health. This has resulted in speculation and hopes that H.E Museveni could finally lift the curfew and lockdown measures that have been in place since 2020 #COVID19
