Government on Oulanyah Burial Plans

The Minister for ICT and National Guidance, Dr. Chris Baryomunsi has said that the cabinet they are going for a Cabinet meeting, and shall announce the burial arrangements after. The body is expected in the country in the next three or four days, the day of burial shall be a public holiday.

Today or tomorrow morning, we shall be able to give a tentative statement on the burial arrangements. We are working as a team to ensure we give a decent send-off to our brother,” Baryomunsi.

Baryomunsi used the occasion to condemn those that are using the social media platforms to celebrate the death of Speaker of Parliament Jacob Oulanyah.

There are several Ugandans who are human beings but are not being human. We condemn those who are using social media spaces to celebrate the death of the Rt. Hon. Jacob Oulanyah.
