UNICEF: ‘Focus on Early Childhood Policy'

The Speaker of Parliament Rebecca Kadaga has asked the Ministry of Education and Sports to put emphasis on Early Childhood Development policy rather than on children growth.
She also wants lawmakers to ensure early planning and adequate budgeting if the program is to achieve its intended objective;
