National Table Tennis Open Resumes

After a three-year lull, the Uganda national table tennis open is back and the players have already padded their bats. Today at the launch of the 16th and 17th January event, the organizers were upbeat on the prospect of tapping talent. The event had gone to sleep over administrative standoff.
