Minister Kibuule Summoned Over Gun

The Parliamentary committee on rules, discipline and privileges has finally summoned the State minister for Water Ronald Kibule over the alleged breach of parliamentary rules of procedure by carrying a gun into the chambers of the House. According to the Committee members, the decision to incorporate Minister Kibuule on the list of legislators to be interrogated comes after Speaker Rebecca Kadaga issued fresh directives to the committee on the matter.
