Kole and Pakwach districts have missed out on remittances from the Uganda Road Fund for the second quarter of Financial Year 2018/19 after they failed to account for money previously received. Announcing the release of sh152 billion meant for maintenance of roads across the country, Engineer Michael Adongo the Executive director of the Uganda road reveals the leadership in the two Districts had been blacklisted implying they will not receive more funds until they provide accountability for past funds.
