Ssemujju Wants Speaker Kadaga’s Job

Opposition Chief Whip and Kiira Municipality Legislator Ibrahim Ssemujju Nganda has officially declared his intention to contest for the office of Speaker in the 11^th Parliament.

Addressing the media at Parliament, Ssemujju believes that the 20 years he has been at Parliament as both a journalist and an MP have given him enough experience to steer the August House.
