US Sanctions Ugandan Government officials

Following a statement by the US that they have sanctioned some government officials because of human rights violations, Brig. Kulayige has come out to add his voice to those dissatisfied with the move.

Kulayigye says the US has no moral authority of sanctioning anybody since they are shooting dead people on the street simply because they are black.
