Busiro North MP Nsubuga Paul Retains Seat as Election Petition Quashed

The election petition challenging the victory of Busiro North MP Nsubuga Paul has been dismissed with costs.

DP’s Edgar Lubadde, who came fourth in the Busiro North parliamentary race, dragged Nsubuga to court, citing forgery of academic documents and irregularities with names.

However, the petition was dismissed for lack of substantive evidence.
