Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago Wants Haruna Kiggundu Arrested for the Kisenyi Building Collapse

Kampala Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago has asked the police to arrest and detain businessman Haruna Kiggundu over the building that collapsed in Kisenyi on Sunday. Lukwago says the building that claimed six lives was constructed using forged KCCA permits. The building is said to belong to Kiggundu.
