Should Uganda Worry Over Exit of Multinationals?

Prof Samuel Sejjaaka, Accountant and Dirctor MAT ABACUS said this morning on Morning Breeze show that Ugandans shouldn’t lose sleep over multinationals who are leaving the latest being Shoprite Supermarket and Africell Telecom. Sejjaaka said this is a chance for Ugandan businesses to thrive and we should instead focus on that.

“If you don’t have nationals participating in the economy, the economy doesn’t grow faster. You shouldn’t be sad for the multinationals leaving.” said Prof. Samuel Ssejjaaka.
