Uganda Prisons Bans Tightens Security in the Wake of Bomb Blasts

In the wake of terror threats, the prison authority has released new guidelines for all intending visitors to strengthen safety for inmates.

The Uganda Prisons Spokesperson Frank Baine says among the guidelines is a reduction in the number of visitors received at prisons and a ban on luggage that cannot be scanned.
