Bakiga Nation “Back to our roots” for 3rd June, 2022

After a two year break due to covid 19, Rukundo Egumeho cultural festival organised by Bakiga Nation is back and this is going to be held this Friday the 3^rd of June, 2022 which is a Public Holiday.

“Back to our roots” is the theme for this edition which is going to be the 9^th since 2016 when it started. Bakiga, their friends and all lovers of cultural tourism should expect a lot of activities including Kikiga Cultural performances, traditional food and drinks, traditional games, section for kids’ games among others.

That day, organisers are also putting emphasis on the safety and security of attendees and also making sure that all SOPs are observed.
