Behaviour major cause of HIV spread in Uganda – Museveni

Attending the World AIDS Day celebrations in Rukungiri, President Museveni has urged Ugandans to avoid reckless behavior that leads to the spread of the HIV Virus.

Ugandans, my message on AIDS is prevention. Prevention avoids so many other complications and preserves the full potential of our youth.

Museveni also has urged Ugandans not to stigmatise those living with HIV.

Don’t discriminate against people living with HIV because they are not a danger to you as long as you relate with them normally, and they can do many things other people do.
