Mukono District Officials Before Public Accounts Committee

The Chief Administrative Officer for Mukono district, Elizabeth Namande, has been tasked to explain the circumstances under which 106 employees of the district received loans whose repayment tenure is 278 years.

The officials were appearing before the Public Accounts Committee on Local Government to respond to queries raised in the Auditor General’s Report for the Financial Year 2021/2022.
