I Thought East Africa Could Share Airlines – President Museveni
On Tuesday 23 April 2019, while officially receiving the two Bombardier CRJ900 planes at Entebbe Airport, President Museveni explained why Uganda had taken long to revive Uganda Airlines.
“One of the reasons I took long to revive the airlines is that I thought we (East Africa) could share airlines”.

According to President Museveni, Ugandan travelers are unfairly treated by other airlines and this forced him to revive Uganda Airline.
