Minister Jane Aceng Defends Family Planning in Children

Amidst public criticism, the ministry of health has defended the initiative to avail contraceptives to children as young as 15 years, in a bid to address teenage pregnancies. This was during the national family planning conference in Kampala organized by the ministry of health.
