The UPDF has today retired 172 army officers based at the 4th Division headquarters in Gulu Municipality. The retired officers included one Lt’ colonel, five majors and others from the lower ranks. The ceremony was presided over by 4th Division Commander Brig. Emmanuel Kanyesigye
