Don Wanyama: I don’t think Kigali and Kampala are in any form of competition like many like to put it. Both have things to learn from each other. Both cities have unique struggles. Both have challenges.
On Kasese Clashes I want to ask the presidency to account for the lives lost. Some have not been accounted for.
Don Wanyama: It’s unfortunate that lives were lost but when you have people attacking security posts, how do you expect security organs to react?
Joseph Sabiti: I think it did. There were those who were biased who but now that the situation has calmed, we need to ask the hard questions.
