Mugisha Muntu To Change Political Culture

Retired Major General Mugisha Muntu has accused the regime and incumbent of not wanting to let go. He says that is why they are desperate in the way they handle things.

“We do not only want to take power but change the political culture as well. We can’t give up due to the failures of the past,” said Muntu.

Muntu says they must keep coordinating, strategising and planning to bring change. He added that there is no way they can build strengths if they keep fighting amongst each other. He made these remarks while on the Morning Breeze on NBS Television this morning
