Minister Rukutana Denied Bail

Labour State Minister Mwesigwa Rukutana has been denied bail by Ntugamo Chief Magistrate Sarah Kolya. The Rushenyi County legislator has without reason been remanded until September 15th, 2020.

Yesterday, the minister was charged with seven offences including among others attempted murder and malicious damage to property. This follows his arrest on Saturday morning together with three others.
