Ministry of Finance and Bank of Uganda Dismiss Claim on Dormant Accounts

The Ministry of Finance and the Central Bank have dismissed as unfounded, claims that the government plans to possess money on idle bank and mobile money accounts. Reports this week indicated that such money would be transferred to the Consolidated Fund.
