Uganda Police eulogizes Kato Lubwama

The Inspector General of Police and police management have paid tribute to the late comedian Hon. Paul Kato Lubwama.

According to the Police Spox Fred Enanga, Lubwama was working on a project to promote the police image and brand through music and proactive drama.

“As a country, we are going to remember him as one who revolutionalized comedy and was dedicated to entertaining all of us. He was a cultured and highly intelligent fascinating man.” Fred Enanga

The police condoled with the immediate family, friends, fans and well-wishers. The IGP extended UGX 2 million towards his burial arrangements.
