Uganda’s Jacob Kiplimo Breaks Half Marathon World Record
Jacob Kiplimo broke the half-marathon world record on Sunday 21 November at the Lisbon Half Marathon with in 57minutes 31seconds, breaking the Kibiwott Kandie’s mark from Valencia December last year by one second.
The world half marathon champion Kiplimo won Sunday’s race by over two minutes and took one second off the previous world best established by Kenya’s Kibiwott Kandie in Valencia last year.
