IRA Launches Online Insurance Complaints Management System

Insurance Regulatory Authority of Uganda (IRA) has introduced an online insurance complaints management system to ease complaint management.

These say they have been struggling with a backlog of complaints due to manual delays.

The authority says they have registered 117 complaints against insurance companies this year alone, and the new system will ease management and quicken disposal
